I highly recommend this facility for anyone dealing with trauma. The modalities of therapy offered were life-changing. I learned many new life skills, and have tools to bring home as I continue my healing and recovery journey. I felt like I was in a safe, beautiful home with the most loving, caring, and kind staff you could ever ask for. The best part is that I made lifelong friends that I will cherish forever. The entire program is incredibly well structured, the staff and therapists are very knowledgeable and kudos to the chefs, as the food was not only nutritious, but phenomenal! Aside from the educational groups that range from group processing, yoga Nidra, sound bath, nutrition and wellness, equine and music therapy (my personal favorites) DBT, CBT, and stress management were incredibly valuable, and I learned so much from these programs. Jen was the first person I spoke with, and I knew in our conversation that this was the right place for me. I was warmly welcomed right from the beginning, and knew this journey would be healing and memorable. We also were able to have a lot of fun with the experiential activities they carefully planned for us. Special kudos to Vikki, who went out of her way to give me the care and tools for me to maintain my recovery. I am forever grateful to every single person at Maple Mountain recovery. I don’t even know where to start on beginning to describe how great this place has been for me. I came from the east coast because I was looking for a place focused on mental health, as I have several years of solid sobriety and couldn’t find anything close to me. I was drawn to MMR, and I’m so glad I listened to my intuition. My therapist Tori was amazing. Got so much from my sessions three days a week with her. All the techs are great- everyone that works here really cares and also acts like it. Brodie, Chelsea, Natalie, Brittany, Brooklyn, Cameron, Elizabeth just to name a few. I really trusted these people and felt comfortable talking to them whenever I was struggling. Vi was great with running Neurofeedback and I definitely felt a huge difference with each session. Ketamine really helped me process a lot of my trauma and shame, but definitely isn’t for everyone. The groups run by outside people are all fantastic and beneficial as well. And the food! Probably one of the best parts. You don’t have to cook at all and both Adaline and Patrick are so good at what they do. Every meal was delicious and they were cooking for so many people! If you’re contemplating things, talk to Jen in admissions and she’ll answer any of your questions. Thank you Maple Mountain for all you’ve done for me to help me heal. Will never forget this beautiful and life changing experience 🫶🏻

I showed up here because my mother new I needed help and we agreed on me staying here. I was convinced I wasn’t going to be helped, that it would be a waste of time. And I can say that this place has literally saved my life and got me back on my feet. If you are considering going anywhere this is the place. They focus on mental health first and they have a wonderful staff that you can feel the love from. Everyone that’s been here with me has also praised this place as the best rehab/Mental Health Facility they’ve been too. Couldn’t recommend it enough. I love Maple Mountain!
