EMDR & ART

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): EMDR is a powerful therapy that can help clients heal from trauma. It uses bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements or tapping, to help clients process traumatic memories and reduce their associated symptoms.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) combines traditional therapeutic techniques with eye movements to help clients process distressing memories and rapidly achieve positive emotional changes.

Somatic Experiencing

Somatic Experiencing is a body-based therapy that helps clients connect with their physical sensations and release trauma held in the body. It can be helpful for clients with various mental health challenges, including PTSD, anxiety, and chronic pain.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy allows clients to work one-on-one with a therapist to address their needs. This can include exploring past experiences, developing coping skills, and setting goals for the future.

Group Therapy

Group therapy provides a safe and supportive environment for clients to connect with others struggling with similar challenges. This can help clients feel less alone and learn from each other’s experiences.

Experiential Therapy

Experiential therapy uses hiking, rock climbing, and art therapy to help clients connect with their bodies and emotions. This can be a helpful way to process trauma and learn new coping skills.

Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback therapy is a non-invasive technique that aims to help individuals regulate their brain activity by providing real-time feedback on brainwave patterns. During a neurofeedback session, electrodes are placed on the scalp to monitor brainwave activity, and the information is displayed to the individual through visual or auditory cues.
