Our Admissions Process

#1 Call or Text Anytime

Reach out by phone or text to speak with one of our dedicated admissions specialists. There’s no script and no pressure, just a real, confidential conversation about what you’re going through and how we might help.

#2 Insurance Verification

We’ll answer your questions about coverage and walk you through your options, including PPO insurance and private-pay. Our team handles the paperwork and the back-and-forth with your provider, so you can put your energy toward healing, not phone calls.

#3 Confidential Clinical Assessment

We take the time to truly understand your story, your physical and mental health history, the challenges you’re facing now, and what you hope recovery will look like. This thorough, compassionate assessment is how we build care that fits you, not a template.

#4 Individual Treatment Planning

Using what we learn, our clinical team designs an individualized plan drawing on our full range of therapies, from EMDR and Somatic Experiencing to ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, neurofeedback, and holistic, whole-person care. Every plan is built around your specific needs and goals.

#5 Arrival, Welcome, and Integration

When you arrive at our private mountain campus in Mapleton, Utah, you’ll be warmly welcomed, introduced to your treatment team, and helped to settle in. From your first day, you become part of a supportive community focused on lasting, whole-person healing.

Frequently Asked Questions About Admissions at Maple Mountain

What can I expect when I first reach out?

A calm, confidential conversation, nothing more intimidating than that. You’ll speak with an admissions specialist who will listen to what’s going on, answer your questions, and help you understand your options. There’s no obligation and no pressure to commit to anything.

We work with most major PPO insurance plans and also offer private-pay options. Our admissions team will verify your benefits for you and explain exactly what’s covered before you make any decisions.

We specialize in trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, mood and personality disorders including BPD, and addiction, including co-occurring conditions (dual diagnosis). Our approach is built for people who need more than a one-size-fits-all program, especially those who haven’t found lasting relief elsewhere.

We combine advanced, evidence-based therapies, like EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, neurofeedback, TMS, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, with genuinely holistic care that addresses nutrition, the gut-brain connection, and the whole person.

All of it happens in a private, upscale mountain setting designed to support real healing, not just symptom management.

In many cases, quickly. Once we’ve completed your insurance verification and clinical assessment, our team works to coordinate admission as soon as it’s clinically appropriate.

If you’re in crisis, please use the emergency resources above right away, and call us so we can help you find the right immediate support.
