Intensive Therapy
Develops connections with others who are in recovery, reducing the isolation of those struggling with mental health or addiction issues.
Shared experiences

Family involvement
Helps repair relationships that have been impacted by mental illness or addictions.
Cost-Effective
- PHP is more affordable than residential treatment yet provides high-level care.
- PHP is accepted by most private insurance plans and Medicaid/Medicare.
- Daily supplements to restore chemical imbalances in the body
- Gut-brain healthy meals to improve overall health.

Community Building
Developing stronger relationships with a community of peers and the community at large, provides many social and personal benefits for maintaining sobriety goals, and strengthening self esteem and social skills.
Why Community Support Matters in PHP
Recovery requires connection, not isolation. So community support is key. Our PHP integrates peer support, group therapy, and family involvement. This helps reduce the risk of relapse by providing accountability, breaking the stigma of recovery challenges, and building a sober network for lasting success.
Accountability and Structure
Patients are helped to maintain sobriety by participating in 12-step programs (e.g. AA, NA) or alternative peer groups (e.g. SMART Recovery, Refuge Recovery) by mentoring with peers and sharing experiences.
