You don’t need to have all the answers. We’ll help you understand what’s going on and what kind of support can help, even if this isn’t your first time trying.
Whether you’re worried about someone’s safety, unsure how to bring it up, or have tried everything already, you’re not alone. We’ll help you figure out the next step.
Trauma & PTSD Disorders
We provide trauma-informed care for individuals experiencing the lingering effects of acute or complex trauma. Whether you’re navigating PTSD, grief, dissociative symptoms, or emotional shutdown, our residential program offers a safe space for deep healing through EMDR, somatic therapy, and evidence-based trauma treatment.
Depressive & Mood Disorders
Persistent sadness, emotional numbness, or severe mood swings can disrupt every part of life. We specialize in treating major depressive disorder, bipolar I & II, and schizoaffective disorder using a blend of psychiatric support, psychotherapy, and holistic approaches that promote long-term mood stability and wellness.
Anxiety Spectrum Disorders
Chronic worry, panic attacks, and emotional overwhelm don’t have to be your normal. Our program supports clients with generalized anxiety, panic disorder, and health-related anxiety through structured, evidence-based therapy focused on regulation, mindfulness, and nervous system stabilization.
Obsessive & Compulsive Disorders
Intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors can be exhausting and isolating. We help individuals break the OCD cycle through targeted therapies like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), supported by medication management and residential structure for more severe cases.
Neurodevelopmental & Cognitive Disorders
We work with adolescents and adults managing ADHD and mild-to-moderate Autism Spectrum traits. Our structured environment supports emotional regulation, executive functioning, and social development using specialized therapeutic approaches in a highly individualized care model.
Eating, Identity & Co-occurring Disorders
For clients struggling with eating disorders, emotional dysregulation, or overlapping conditions like anxiety and depression, we offer integrative treatment that targets both core symptoms and underlying identity struggles. Our team supports healing through nutritional therapy, DBT, and compassionate co-occurring care.
